We currently ship our physical travel products to the following regions:

Selected countries in Asia & South America

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will be notified by email if delays are expected.

Shipping is handled by trusted international carriers and may vary depending on your location. All shipments include tracking, which will be sent to your email once your order is dispatched.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Vita Travel Co. is not responsible for these charges, which are the responsibility of the customer.

💼 6. Digital Services (AI Travel Agency & Relocation Kits)

Digital services such as AI-Curated Itineraries, Relocation Kits, and other digital travel products are delivered via email or client dashboard within 1–3 business days. These do not require physical shipping.
